If you renew your subscription while you still have unused days from a previous subscription or free trial, those days will not be lost - the new days will simply be added to your current period. You will be able to continue using the service without interruption.
The subscription is not canceled manually. After payment, the corresponding number of days is added to your account, and you can use the app during that period.
Everyone who signs up for eCarta gets a chance to try the app for free for 14 days. During this time, you can fully explore the platform. After the trial ends, a free plan remains with a limited set of decks. Saving sessions, uploading your own decks, and live rooms require a paid plan.
If you forget to renew your subscription, all your saved sessions and uploaded decks will remain safely stored in your account. Access to them will be temporarily limited until your subscription is renewed. As soon as you renew, all previously saved progress and materials will become available again. They may only be deleted if you do not renew your subscription for 6 months after it expires.
The platform lets you work with metaphorical associative cards online, run sessions with clients, save your work history, and use practical tools for effective interaction.
Yes, the platform is designed both for experienced professionals and for people who are only starting their journey with metaphorical cards.
